This is the work of Lindsay McCutcheon, who has put her incredible editing skills to good use.
Not only is the transition from one scene to another completely flawless, the choice of music is also spot on. Unlike most of these Disney mash-ups, instead of using some Disney-theme song mix, she went for something more fresh and modern, like Pop Culture by Madeon.
The end result is this video which, according to Lindsay, took whole 5 months to make, and all the effort really shows.
