The Mohawk hairstyle has been around for thousands of years. It has gone through quite some changes, and while in the past is was considered quite a common hairstyle among the people of the nation where it originated, today it is seen more as a symbol of rebellion.
You can find plenty of Mohawk hairstyles, some of them are actually quite decent and acceptable by the community. Then there are the more infamous punk Mohawks, where the length or height of the Mohawk is bigger and sometimes its even styled into spikes.
