Founder of Goodjuju, Landon Murie is an entrepreneur who has helped numerous property management firms achieve success in their digital marketing efforts. Landon’s firm Goodjuju creates stunning websites, optimizes local SEO and does reputation management for their clients. This helps them get found online by more property owners and investors.
Creating Modern Solutions
In today’s hyper connected world, thousands of property management companies across America face the challenge of handling their digital efforts while simultaneously taking calls, attending to clients and showcasing properties.
While this may not seem harmful to the firm’s overall growth at first, it can prove disastrous in the long run. Most property managers don’t realize that their neglect is the only thing holding them back from unprecedented growth.
Landon’s job is to bring this fact to light and provide them with strategies, tools and insight to help them grow exponentially.
Learning From Past Experiences
One might ask why Landon decided to venture into the overly competitive property management industry. Well, years ago, Landon started a property management company with his father and in order to grow their firm, he got into marketing and SEO.
Over time, Landon got obsessed with both concepts and became a natural. These came with a lot of benefits; more clients came through their doors, an enhanced digital footprint and also improved SEO.
To every startup, this is great news! But with their unprecedented rate of growth, Landon realized later on that he couldn’t handle the company anymore and things started to fall out of place. Eventually, his property management firm shut down.
Although things didn’t go well with his property management firm, Landon decided to combine his experiences from his failed startup and his wits in digital marketing to form a new firm that caters only to the marketing needs of property managers around the world. Thus, Goodjuju was formed!
Overcoming Obstacles
Amazingly, Goodjuju experienced the same problems Landon’s first firm had- Dealing with growth and taking on new clients.
“It’s never fun to realize you don’t have capacity to take on a new client and have to turn it down.”- Landon says. The only fix he found was to create fool proof systems for his team members, and find eager individuals who were experts at onboarding new staff.
After he did this, Goodjuju experienced an increase in capacity and saw positive change in their ability to grow and assist more property management firms in their marketing efforts.
