What Games are Popular at New Online Casinos?

Today’s safest and most secure iGaming sites tend to have a minimum of 2,000 titles to choose from, but some of the latest sites have upwards of 7,000, the majority of which are feature-rich computer-generated online fruit machines.

These are my favourite games, but the sheer volume often makes it hard to decide which to play first.

You can also find classic table & cards, such as roulette, baccarat, roulette, poker, and craps, scratchcards, slingo (a mix of fruit machines and bingo), and cutting-edge live dealer content streamed in real-time.

If you are like me and don’t want to spend countless hours trying to find ones you may or may not like, then you may like to try out some of my top suggestions before trying any others.

I’ve come up with a list of the most popular titles that most people, myself included, enjoy playing more than any others.

The best new online casinos 2024 has to offer generally have at least half of them, so to play them all, it may be a case of signing up to two or more sites, which is what I do. I have several active accounts, so I can play all of my favourites.

What are the most popular games to play at today’s best new online casinos?

Before I reveal the names of today’s most popular titles, I just want to add that you may not agree with this list.

For example, I prefer fruitys, especially Megaways fruitys, but I also enjoy the occasional session playing live dealers, so I’ve decided to include a mixture of popular fruitys and live dealer titles.

Without further ado, the most popular titles I feel that everyone over the age of 18 should know about in 2024 are the following hit titles from various award-winning providers:

  • Name: Live Crazy Time. Type: Live dealer. Software provider: Evolution
  • Name: Ancient Fortunes Poseidon – WowPot Megaways. Type: progressive jackpot fruity. Software provider: Triple Edge Studios
  • Name: Gladiator: Mega Cash Collect. Type: Online fruit machine. Software provider: Playtech Origins
  • Name: The Goonies Megaways. Type: Progressive jackpot online fruit machine. Software provider: Blueprint
  • Name: Fishin’ Frenzy Megaways Jackpot King. Type: Live dealer. Software provider: Blueprint
  • Name: Big Bass Bonanza. Type: Online fruit machine. Software provider: Reel Kingdom and Pragmatic
  • Name: Starburst. Type: Online fruit machine. Software provider: NetEnt
  • Name: Book of Dead. Type: Online fruit machine. Software provider: Play’n GO
  • Name: Live XXXtreme Lightning Roulette. Type: Live dealer. Software provider: Evolution
  • Name: Mega Moolah Megaways. Type: Progressive jackpot online fruit machine. Software provider: Gameburger Studios

I’ve found that most of these titles are playable from as little as £0.10 or £0.20 per spin. Some of these fruitys are accessible in the free-play and real money mode, but the live dealer ones can only ever be played using real money.

Honourable mentions

If you like any of my suggestions and want more similar recommendations, then you may also want to consider checking out titles such as Diamond Mine Megaways, Jurassic Park Gold: Link & Win, Bonanza Megaways, Big Bass: Hold & Spinner, Temple Tumble 2: Dream Drop, Dynamite Riches megaways, and The Links of Ra II.

That’s not forgetting Robocop: Cash Collect, Dead or Alive II, Eye of Horus Megaways, Nitropolis 3, Cleopatra, Pirate’s Plenty Megaways, The Goonies Return, Age of the Gods: King of Olympus Megaways, and Thunderstruck II: Wild Lightning.

Some of my other personal favourites, which are also brought to you by the same award-winning providers, and other notable studios, such as ELK Studios, BTG, Thunderkick, IGT Play Digital, Relax, and Yggdrasil, include Gold Blitz Extreme, Immortal Romance, Cash ‘N Riches WowPot Megaways, Break da Bank Again: Mega Moolah, and Wild Wild Riches: Luck of the Irish Megaways, to name a few.

How to find your favourites

New releases today are designed to appeal to a broad audience, so finding ones you will like more than any of the suggestions I’ve given you shouldn’t be too difficult.

Most sites today have a range of useful sections, features, and settings that make it easier to find what you’re looking for in no time.

For example, I prefer online fruitys from Pragmatic, Blueprint, Red Tiger, and NetEnt, so I often filter the content by which ‘software provider’ has made them. If I’m in the mood for Megaways fruitys, I will filter out the ones that don’t come with the Megaways mechanic.

If I know what I’m looking for but can’t easily find it, I just type the name into my favourite site’s search engine, and it usually finds it straight away. Some sites have much better search engines and filter settings than others.

You will also find that many trusted sites today also have a ‘recently played,’ ‘popular,’ or ‘my favourites’ section, which also makes it easier to locate your favourites.

Before embarking on a mission to seek out these popular titles and try them out yourself, I recommend setting a reasonable budget and gambling responsibly

I have found that setting session time reminders, deposit limits, and even win/loss limits helps me stay in much better control of my spending and makes my bankroll stretch further.

Without setting safer gambling limits, I could easily overspend, which is why I recommend you take advantage of these useful tools.
