We can’t either.
Not that Leonardo DiCaprio is not an amazing actor, but because we don’t see him as Steve Jobs. Simple as that.
Yes, this is about the new Steve Jobs movie, that will be based on the Walter Isaacson biography for Jobs.
Ok, we’ve digged a little deeper into this… and we are bringing you the details below.

Img Credit: Business InsiderSony revealed that they are breaking things up with David Fincher, since he was asking a lot of money (10 million dollars – according to THR) and control over the marketing of the film.
This “I-want-the-control-over-the-marketing” request comes on the table, because Sony allowed him to stick his fingers in the marketing of the “The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo” movie in 2011. (Have you seen that movie?)
Flincher wanted Christian Bale to be in the role of Steve Jobs and he was not the only one. A lot of fans raved about this possibility.

Sources say that Danny Boyle is in talks to direct the Steve Jobs movie and he wants to bring the “Wolf of Wall Street” star in the mix.
Before we see how are they connected, let’s briefly introduce Mr. Boyle.
Danny Boyle is the name behind the “Slumdog Millionaire” (2008), “127 Hours” (2010) and “Trance” (2013).
Also, back in year 2000, he directed “The Beach” – starring…of course, our wolf Leo.
Interesting fact is that, reuniting for this movie, the movie-making will go head in head with the making of the Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu’s thriller: “The Revenant” – where Leonardo signed to star in.
About the Jobs Movie
As we mentioned in the beginning, the movie will be based on the best-selling biography “Steve Jobs”.
The production team is consisted of Scott Rudin (producer) and Aaron Sorkin (writer) – who in 2010, wrote “The Social Network” screenplay.
TSN scored Sorkin a best adapted screenplay Oscar and grossed $225 million worldwide.
As additional names in the production, Film 360’s Guymon Casady and Mark Gordon are also mentioned in the whole story.

What about you?
Do you think that Leo will be a good match for this role?
