It’s important for you to make the most complicated stuff look simple. Simplifying these stuffs through these kinds of life hacks is awesome.
When I have a difficulty doing something I’m always eager to find a new “hack” that will make things easier. No luck so far, but I’m pretty sure I’ll find one sometime before I die.
Don’t worry, I’m young enough.
Until I find something that will change my life, someone already found couple of these life hacks. I can see people finding these hacks on daily basis and share them on Internet in order to help you.
I salute you people!
Apparently I’m not that clever to find something like this, but if I do eventually, I will file a patent to the patent office and make sure the world knows it’s me who did it!

what the hell is #12?
Put a hair grip on your tube toothpaste to stop it from unraveling xx
Clean dirty keyboard with the sticky part of a post it.
Bobby pin.
It’s a hair pin
A bobbypin holding the rolled up end of toothpaste. Makes it easier to squeeze out without having a ton of paste at the bottom of the tube. All stays close to top. Slide pin to get more outta the tube i stead of squeezing.
i think it is a post it note turned with the sticky side out, to run in between the keys… i use a sewing machine tool brush to clean mine.
I turn the keyboard upside down and shake it.
On number one, what is the white stuff that’s being pit on the egg?
its a raw onion ring to hold the egg in shape, whats in the bottle is either water or oil to cook the white and leave the yolk runny
Salt
Salt?
#11?!
Post-it-note
These were actually pretty good!
I tried number 31, but the water in the cup ruined my phone.
Where does it say a cup with water? It says a cup. You gotta be dumb to put your phone in water
Zoom…. Over your head.
Zoom…. Over your head.
Or, maybe he was being a ‘troll’ to see who is without a sense of humor … And, good news … I have a very strong suspicion he’s found his winner!
LOL, I think so too. I thought Christopher’s comment was funny. Some people have no sense of humor.
successful troll, you get 136 internets
Collect the unpopped popcorn kernels and when you have enough just pop them again. Make sure its all kernels that have been microwaved once. I do this all of the time in a popcorn bag that has already been used. There is usually enough butter and salt left in the bag that you don’t have to add more.
yea, just pop them in a pan over the stove.
The egg and onion trick I’ve seen on YouTube done by this Russian guy. He has lots of trocks too. Many of these things here I’ve seen many times before virally.
Tricks
Trocks ? Gooder English lol
The “Crazy Russian”? Love that guy!! lol
It’s “Crazy Russian Hacker” mind you.
#7 can burn your house down. Only stupid people would do it.
#3 do not use on food. Newspaper ink is not healthy to eat, and it rubs off very easily.
Newspaper ink is soy based, and while not the best thing in the world, is not a major toxin. Wash the tomato before you eat it.
# 7 won’t work with any upo to date toaster anyway. They have a wire “cage” that closes on both sides of the bread. The cheese would melt all over the wire of the “cage” creating a cleanup nightmare. The toaster shown looks from the 1950s or so.
“Simplifying these stuffs”? Seriously? Are you Asian? No such thing as “stuffs” – just stuff.
asians don’t pluralize words. stuffs is a word but only when used as a verb.
An example : a taxidermist stuffs his “clients”
12 is a bobby pin……lol
I have friends that will be getting #15 for Christmas…..
Just an FYI #7 and #21 are serious fire hazards. Cool concept but ..never use a toaster in any other way than the manufacturer recommends. Just get a damn toaster oven…
The cheese will still drip inside the toaster.
How do you get the eyes on #10? And how do you attach the ball to the wall? One pic looks like you attached a suction cup, how do you do this?
Permanent marker? As for the suction cup, cut a small hole in th ball and stick the nipple that’s on the suction cup through the hole
The water bottle one is dumb… why lay it on the side ? Just full it half way and put it upright in the freezer. And I would think a shirt over a stove would be a fire hazard. 2 Peices of toast won’t fit in one slot… unless it’s weight watchers brand lol
How would u get the onion slice off the egg ?
Eat the damn thing!
If u fill the bottle half way and freeze it u cant put ur straw in thats y u lay it down
Apples may wake you up better than coffee, but they don’t taste like a good cup of coffee.
Love the tips. Thanks
Fantastic tips… love em… Thanks much.
Some really helpful tips there,, thanks

Wooden spoon dont work.
Where are the circles for the eggs?
sliced onion

America, the microwave doesn't cook fast enough so let's rig it to make it go faster
I don't understand #11??
Post-it-note, the sticky part picks up the dust
wooden does not work..but a metal one does
Hack one step six, what is the baby bottle for?
I think they are using the sticky part of a post-it to clean between the keys
I believe that's a bottle of oil.
Ok ty, but what are they using it for. The egg is now cooked, why more oil?
Good question…I'm not exactly sure!
Salt
I love reading helpful tips! Thanks for sharing!
It's actually water. Once the egg is almost done cooking if you put a bit of water in around it it puffs up nicely;)
Its salt, to add flavour. Smh
what is the white substance for on the eggs?
Use onion ring thats whT they did

I used to think the wooden spoon didn't work but I just had a cheap spoon. I use a better one now and stir to wet and then place it on the pot and it works perfectly 🙂
It use to not work for me either but I had a cheap spoon set. I got a better one and I stir with it always before I place it on the pan and it works perfectly 🙂

Spaghetti and potatoes add a little butter after it comes to a boil and it will not boil over.
It's called Salt. It's for seasoning… http://i.imgur.com/QcxkSDW.png
I was going to ask the same question, saw your post, I think Robert Simms is correct.
Don't think they're talking about speed, they talking about heating stuff evenly.
Don't do the toaster ones. They are not designed to lay on the side. All the heat will rise and be trapped in the toaster. You will either melt plastic or paint and also possibly cause a fire. This is dangerous and should not be posted.
it's salt, the container is just the same as the one that has the oil
I have a stainless steel toaster…works great!

great tip on cooking the egg but………teflon pans are a health hazard and a bit of overkill on the oil!

Kathy Ward That is salt she is sprinkling on egg, not more oil.
I use my biscuit cutter for perfect round eggs
The second bottle is salt and the first one is oil. If you look at the pictures more closely you will see everything makes sense.
Kathy: No matter what it is, It's bad for you. Skip step six.
The sideways-toaster trick didn't work for me. My toaster started smoking to high heaven!!
Thank you, your next.
Thank you, your next.
Bekki Bell thank you! Eggs and Onions are great, but together, not so much!
U can also by noon stick egg rings for a few dollars at places like Walmart n Target if u don't like onions.
Same thing, if it doesn't heat evenly you have to head a bit longer, let it sit/stir it some to let heat distribute…repeat… I mean, it can take upwards of 3 minutes to get a hot meal if you're not careful.
haven't used a microwave in 7 years. live off the grid takes to much power. food really taste better when you have to work at it a little AND not so prone to eat fast pre-made foods. healthier too
What's wrong with your grasp of the English language?
Reading this article hurt my head. I would suggest proofreading out loud.
The egg thing doesn't make any sense. There is a metal egg round in picture 1 why would you waste an onion? Also what is the white stuff in the last photo? Looks like milk. And way to much oil, holy cow.

salt
I agree 100% with "EVERYTHING" you said.
Can't believe all these tip, can't wait to do se of them
Beverly Bockoven you live 'off the grid' but still respond to internet 'tips'?
Step six is salt, yes. Step two is water, not oil. You can tell by the consistency and the look of it. And it's a non-stick pan… oil isn't necessary (nor is salt!). But, adding water to the pan once the egg is starting to cook/form creates a nice smooth or slightly poached effect on the top of the egg and the bottom fries nice and crispy!
The sideways toaster thing deactivated the timer/pop up mechanism on my toaster. If you try it, watch close or you'll have flaming grilled cheese!
These are very good tips and I will use them!!! Thanks….
Will certAinly try out a few of your excellent tips thanks
Cool
It's not a metal egg round – it's an onion ring.
The white stuff in the last photo is salt.
It's not oil, it's water, for a poached egg result.
i use a soft paint brush and turn the key board upside down… i didn't get 11 either…

I've never had water boil over, than again I don't know anyone who has. As far as spaghetti, dry beans or potatoes, I keep an eye on the pot as soon as it starts to boil I leave the lid off and once its near or at a full boil I cut the heat back enough that it stills boils but not real hard. The only time I have boil overs is if I get busy and forget to check the pot.

Great ideas, worth going through the entire list.
Beverly Bockoven How are you posting if you're off the grid?
Personally, I prefer NASA grade titanium.
Kerr
Wow…thanks!!
Kathy Ward I think it's salt or seasoning.
An alternative to #30 is using bread bag tags instead of paper clips.
Wooden spoons need to be "seasoned" before their first use. Cover in food-grade mineral oil. It's the oil that prevents boil-over. 🙂
Thank you for the good tips!
It's water – making soft boil egg
I think it appears to be salt. If you look at picture one, its white so it can't be oil
The wooden spoon "trick" does not work, FYI… some of the others seem cool…
if you look at the first pic, it is salt
Worked great every time for me.
…or folding over to get a tab works, too
Good point! NEVER put a toaster on its side nor cook food such as cheese i
Can someone tell me what number 11 is .?
Thanks
Elaine there is a metal egg round in the photo
#11 is a post-it-note,the sticky part picks up dust
It's oil in both pics. Add a little more oil to top before flipping to cook other side
Many people live off of the grid with a generator system. Keep up, guys.
How do I get the share buttons from covering the screen?
Very useful tips, than you
Wooden spoon doesn't work
Love it, really cool!!
its a salt shaker
You would cut a whole onion just for one ring of it to make round eggs?
Kit Fraser Davis this hack doesn't work anyway, the way a microwave works is that the waves go to the middle of the oven so if you put bowls off centre it will take longer. You're right cover them and stir them to heat them faster and also to keep clean up to a minimum, (Less splatter).
MABEL,, Microwaves are about 1 1/2 long, There are MILLIONS of them that go through ALL PARTS of the oven. . They travel so fast, bouncing all over the oven, that it creates friction, the friction is what cooks the food. I forget on how fast they travel. Food being put in the center really has little effect on the cooking,
What is # 11?
Damion Gervais I suppose 'off the grid' means different things to different people. Not something to keep up on.
I think it's to easily find the arrow buttons on your keyboard for ease of scrolling pages. It's a pet peeve of mine that I can never find the right down arrow
We have solar, battery and generator. Internet is via satellite. We heat water through a wood burning cook stove and up until three months ago hauled water from a creek. We now have a well.
I guess I should confess we don't live in the real world. we are up in Alaska. lived in the real world for 55 years. lovin the new adventure. not for everyone.
Beverly Bockoven – Mercy….you DO live off the grid! Cheers to you, Beverly. Not sure how you endure the cold! Brrrrrr!
up until yesterday we have had a mild winter! but -15 today. coal AND wood burning tonight!!!
our heat went out last Friday afternoon…big repair ahead. Thankfully we don't have temps like yours here in Oregon! Still feeling like I live in an igloo. Stay warm and sweet dreams!
thanks laura you too! i'll put an extra log on the fire for you!
Kathy Ward I think it maybe salt
the white one Looks like milk to me to make it fluffy
Narrow mindedness is a disease. That's definitely something to keep up on.
I have used a can of air…now I use the air compressor when I need to clean something like that!
Jd Wad be careful using an air compressor on electronics, condensation will build up in an air compressor causing damage to electronics. Just be aware.
What is the one with the laptop about?
The water in step two goes around the onion ring to keep the egg from leaking from under the edges (and helps steam the top like others mention)
Shannon Flaherty But it is white!
SandraRussell Colon alejandrolucas
Loved it!
Beverly Bockoven lives off the grid….. she said so on the internet. Wait… what?
Doesn't look like a salt shaker to me I'm still going with milk 🙂 and oil
Spoon worked for me u just gotta make sure it dips down so when the foam touches it that it stops there a regular metal spoon works too
# 17 ,, Than you give that coke to your EX MOTHER IN-LAW..
